Robotic Cell – Automated Tensile Testing Machine
This robotic system offers fully automated tensile testing, including specimen loading, cross-section measurement, testing, specimen unloading, and data processing.
Operators simply prepare and place the specimens on the specimen rack. From there, all processes are automatic: the robot picks up the specimen, measures the cross-section, aligns and mounts it on the grip, adjusts the extensometer gauge length, performs the test, processes the data, and collects broken specimens. Multiple specimens of different specifications can be continuously tested under various tensile conditions, without the need to change any accessories (like fixtures) or make adjustments.
Key Features:
- Automation: The system operates at a high level of automation (both control and monitoring). Any manual operations follow principles of simplicity, convenience, safety, and reliability.
- Operating Conditions: Works in ambient temperatures of 10°C to 40°C and humidity levels of 10% to 90%.
- Maintenance: High-quality parts reduce the need for maintenance. The design also considers ease of maintenance, allowing for quick replacement of consumable parts.
- Power Requirements: Uses a 380V three-phase or 220V single-phase, 50Hz power supply.
- Data Integration: The system includes interface programs for data transmission, allowing it to communicate with computers in the thick plate inspection area using TCP/IP and conforming to IEEE 802.3 standards. Detailed communication requirements will be defined after contract award.
- Automatic Test Analysis: The system can automatically determine various test items, such as E, Fmax, Reh, Rel, Rp, Rt, Rm, Agt, Ag, A, and A* (with A* representing the fracture position of the specimen).
This equipment is designed for stable, 24-hour continuous operation with high annual uptime.
